HUNK: Masculine Style Choreo | 90 min

This mixed-level, all-body, all-gender class is an opportunity to break free from the mold of traditional feminine flow and play with choreography that embodies masculine energy. Think grounded and flexed feet, leading with shoulders rather than hips, thrusting forward instead of throwing it back. Choreography will be a combination of basework and floorwork suitable for beginner students with a base of basic pole moves with modifications available for more advanced dancers.prerequisites: pole 101/ pole basics, knee hooks, dip spins, pole walksbring: knee pads or sweatpants for sliding on the floor, sneakers or bare feet recommended for floor grip
