My Magical Winter Forest Escape

In the latest trail tape I take you with me to the charming forest ecosystem I escape to most often during grey winters living in Seattle. Lord Hill Regional Park is a highly underrated nature preserve with over 1,400 acres of public trails including many different terrains including a constellation of ponds, wetlands, woodlands and the beach along the Snohomish River. Only a little over a half an hour drive from Seattle with low traffic in the winter and miles of trails- this park is a blessing for those looking for some nature time without straying too far into the mountains. If you live or visit the PNW I highly recommend checking out the park and if you don't, I am honored to take you with me and introduce you to this magical landscape! ✨🦫
